Your password stays with the gaming platform

When you connect a supported account, you are securely redirected to that platform’s official authentication or authorisation process to approve the connection.

Syraverse does not ask you to enter your platform password into Syraverse.

Your platform login credentials are not provided to Syraverse.

ROBLOX

When you connect Roblox, you authorise the connection through Roblox. Your Roblox password stays with Roblox.

EPIC GAMES

When you connect Epic Games, you authorise the connection through Epic Games. Your Epic Games password stays with Epic Games.

DISCORD

When you connect Discord, you authorise the connection through Discord. Your Discord password stays with Discord.

You choose what you connect

Connecting a supported account allows Syraverse to recognise your account on that platform and connect eligible activity with Syraverse campaigns.

You choose which supported accounts to connect, and you can manage your connected accounts from your Syraverse Profile.

Syraverse only uses the connection to provide supported Syraverse features, such as verifying campaign participation.

You stay in control of your connected account.

Is your child using Syraverse?

Syraverse allows players to participate in campaigns, complete activities and become eligible for rewards.

We take the privacy and safety of younger players seriously.

Our services are designed with age-appropriate protections, and where parental or guardian consent is required, we will ask for it.

Know what you’re playing for

Rewards are linked to specific Syraverse campaigns and activities. Not every player will receive every reward shown on Syraverse.

Each campaign explains:

  • What rewards are available
  • What activities need to be completed
  • How players qualify
  • Whether reward availability is limited
Seeing a reward on Syraverse does not automatically mean you have won or earned it.

Protect yourself

Syraverse will never ask you to:

  • Give us your platform password (for example your Roblox, Epic Games or Discord password)
  • Send us in-game currency or items
  • Trade an item to receive a reward
  • Give another player your login details
  • Contact a stranger privately to claim a prize
If someone says they’re from Syraverse and asks you to do any of these things, don’t do it. Tell a parent or guardian and contact Syraverse.

Something doesn’t look right?

If you see something suspicious, believe someone is pretending to be Syraverse, or have a concern about an account or reward, tell us.
